- The preview updates by itself and shows the actual result. When it looks right, select Download PNG.
Files stay on your device.
Decoding, watermarking and export run in your browser. Images, names and text are not uploaded or saved by this tool. Clear images or leave this page to release them.
Output notes
PNG re-encodingOriginal oriented dimensions and transparency are kept. Color conversion to sRGB and browser decoding can change wide-gamut or HDR appearance. File size may grow.
Source metadata removedEXIF orientation is applied to the pixels. Original metadata is not copied to the new PNG. Your original file stays unchanged.
Still frame onlyAnimated images become one decoded frame, for both the base and the watermark. The retained frames are reused for every preview and download.
Frequently asked questions
How do size, placement and tiling work?
Width is a percentage of the base image width before watermark rotation. Height follows the image aspect ratio or text layout. Position places the rotated watermark within the edge inset; 0 is left/top, 50 is centered, and 100 is right/bottom. Positive rotation turns clockwise. Tiling repeats that mark horizontally and vertically with the selected gap rounded up to pixels. Partial tiles and oversized watermarks are clipped to the base image.
Can I use my own logo or multiple lines of text?
Yes. Choose Image and open a local watermark file, or use line breaks in Text mode. PNG logos retain alpha, multiplied by your opacity setting. Fonts are local system fonts; appearance and available characters depend on your device. Check the actual preview for glyphs your system cannot display. Text is drawn as plain text, never executed as markup.
Which formats and browsers are supported?
The tool tries the browser's native image decoder, including JPEG, PNG and WebP. Other formats depend on your browser. Use a current browser that can create PNG images. Unsupported, empty or damaged files show an error. Available memory and native canvas limits determine what can be rendered; Clear images stops any work in progress.
Is the preview exactly what I download?
Yes. The preview and the download are the same exported PNG. Changing a setting hides the old download and renders a new result automatically; incomplete or invalid settings show the original image until they are corrected. Every render starts from the original decoded image, so repeat runs do not stack watermarks. If the rendered pixels do not change, the result says so. Replacing the base image keeps your watermark image and settings, so you can mark several photos one after another.
