Explicit PNG presets
Choose a named size set and see every pixel dimension before generating. The archive includes fixed filenames, folders and setup notes.
Aspect ratio and alpha
Contain adds padding; crop fills the square and removes edges. Transparent keeps alpha. Solid color fills transparency and padding. The iOS set always uses a solid matte.

Images are processed in your browser. Files stay on your device; they are not uploaded, logged or saved by the tool.
Frequently asked questions
What is in each preset?
The web set has 192 and 512 px icons and an icons-only JSON snippet, using purpose: any. Merge it into your existing manifest and adjust paths. See web app manifest guidance.
The iOS set includes common legacy PNG dimensions and a 1024 px source; assign them in your asset catalog. See Apple’s archived size tables and current asset catalog guidance. Layered and appearance variants need additional work.
The Android set contains legacy 48/72/96/144/192 px PNGs in res/mipmap-* folders. See Android launcher icon guidance. Adaptive, round, monochrome and store icons are separate.
What happens to my source image?
Orientation is applied before fitting. Animated or multi-image files become one still; TIFF uses its first image. SVG is rasterized locally without fetching external images or fonts or executing scripts; unsupported SVG features can render differently. Export omits source metadata and uses sRGB and standard dynamic range, so wide-gamut, HDR or high-bit-depth colors can change. Enlarging does not add detail. The source file is never modified.
Which images and browsers work?
The tool tries actual bytes regardless of extension or reported type. PNG, JPEG, WebP, AVIF, GIF, BMP, TIFF and SVG are supported. Other formats such as HEIC depend on native browser decoding. Use a current browser for the widest format support. Browser memory and canvas capabilities determine practical input limits; failures are reported.
How do cancel, reset and repeat work?
Cancel stops processing and keeps finished PNG downloads. Generate again starts a fresh set. Changing an option or image clears older outputs; reset also clears the selected file and restores defaults. ZIP failures leave completed PNGs available individually. ZIP32 archives must stay below 4 GiB including headers.
Are files uploaded or saved by the tool?
No. Image decoding, resizing, export and ZIP creation run in your browser. Files and filenames are not uploaded, logged or persisted. Selected input and results stay in page memory until reset, replacement or leaving the page. Only downloads you choose are saved.
